EA Sports released update 1.6.4 for EA FC 26 on July 13, 2026. The patch resolves a bug that could disconnect players from the Ultimate Team mode when using the “swap duplicated items” function on stadium items. It also addresses issues with the New Releases screen navigation, missing player‑item overlays, absent national anthem playback in the International Men’s Tournament, and includes various visual, audio and stability improvements.

A modded Android version of FIFA 16, presented as EA Sports FC 26 version V70, is now available for download. The mod adds the 2026/2027 transfer window, updated club kits, higher‑resolution graphics, and full offline gameplay modes such as Career and Tournament, requiring Android 8.0 or later and manual installation of APK and OBB files.
