EA Sports FC 27 release date and new features announced

EA Sports FC 27 is scheduled for a worldwide release on September 25, 2026. Players who purchase the Ultimate Edition can access the game early starting September 18.

A significant new feature is ‘The Grounds’, an open-world social hub designed for up to 100 players. This hub includes three districts—Montclair, Zeiza, and Parkside—and features mentors such as Kylian Mbappé, Chloe Kelly, and Paulo Dybala. Notably, The Grounds will not be available on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One.

For Ultimate Team players, the Web App is expected to launch around September 16, allowing for early squad planning, while the Companion App for mobile devices typically follows a day later. Pricing for the Standard Edition is set at $69.99 on PC and approximately 79.99 Euro on PlayStation and Xbox.
