Ecofira 2026 to address textile recycling and circular economy challenges

The Ecoforum event, scheduled for November 11-12 at Feria Valencia as part of the Ecofira International Fair, will focus on the management of textile and bulky waste. Under the theme “Textiles and bulky items: the challenge of building circular value chains,” the forum aims to analyze the transition toward a circular economy.

Key discussion topics include ecodesign, new European regulatory requirements, extended producer responsibility, industrial innovation, and the development of markets for recovered materials. The event will feature representatives from companies such as IKEA, Mango, Andreu World, and Textil Santanderina, alongside public administrations and research entities.
