EcoFlow launches Stream series energy storage systems

EcoFlow has introduced new energy storage solutions, including the Stream Ultra and the Stream 5000, designed for solar applications.

The Stream Ultra is a vertical-design storage unit for balcony power plants. It features a capacity of approximately 1,769 Wh, an output of 1,200 W, and a PV input of 2,000 W. While it offers IP65 protection and a lifespan of 6,000 charge cycles, its battery charging rate is limited to 1,050 W. Smart features, such as an AI mode for intelligent scheduling, require a monthly subscription.

The Stream 5000 is a larger system with a 5,024 Wh capacity and an integrated inverter. It supports solar input of up to 5,000 W via four MPPTs and AC output of up to 3,000 W. The system is expandable, allowing for a total capacity of up to 90 kWh by adding battery modules. For grid-connected operation, feed-in is initially limited to 800 W, though higher performance is possible with professional electrical installation. The series also includes components like the Stream AC 5000, Stream EB 5 kWh, and a Stream Gateway to manage system expansions.
