Ecovacs unveils new DEEBOT X12S OmniCyclone cleaning robots

Ecovacs is expanding its automated household cleaning lineup with the introduction of the DEEBOT X12S OmniCyclone. This flagship vacuum and mop robot features the OZMO ROLLER 3.0 technology, utilizing a 27-centimeter wide roller with 4,000 Pa of pressure to remove dried stains. The device also incorporates FocusJet technology to pre-moisten stubborn spots and a BLAST function providing up to 27,000 Pa of suction power.

To improve hygiene, the new OMNI station includes a time-controlled heated dirty water tank to prevent residue buildup. The robot is designed with a low profile of 98 mm to navigate under furniture and uses AIVI 3D 4.0 technology for obstacle recognition, helping it avoid cables and pets.

In comparative testing, the X12 series outperformed its predecessor, the X11 OmniCyclone, specifically in mopping hard floors due to its improved spray nozzles and wider roller, though the X11 remains more efficient for large carpeted areas and faster navigation.
