Thermo Fisher Scientific stake rises as Sarasin & Partners adds shares; UMB Financial director sells stock

Sarasin & Partners LLP increased its holding in Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. by 6.8% in the second quarter, bringing its position to 266,872 shares, about 0.07% of the company and valued at roughly $133.8 million.

UMB Financial Corporation director Susan Murphy sold 1,377 shares at an average price of $145.55, cutting her ownership by 11.46% to 10,635 shares valued at about $1.55 billion. The sale was disclosed in an SEC filing. UMB also announced a 3‑for‑2 stock split to take effect on September 1.
