Ediltrophy masonry competition holds regional selections in Italy

The Ediltrophy masonry competition, organized by Formedil, is holding regional selections to promote technical skills, creativity, and innovation within the construction sector.

In Campobasso, the Abruzzo-Molise interregional selection is scheduled for September 16, 2026, at the Formedil Molise venue. The event features teams of two masons competing to complete works following professional standards in the shortest time possible. This selection serves as a pathway to the national final, which will take place in Bologna during the Saie construction fair in October 2026. The event is supported by the Municipality of Campobasso, Inail, and the University of Molise.

In Sora, the 12th edition of the competition was held as part of the Notte Bianca dello Sport. The event featured senior and junior categories, with winners advancing to represent their territory. A special “Working in Safety” award was also presented to participants who demonstrated rigorous adherence to protection protocols and prevention procedures. The competition aims to showcase local craftsmanship and emphasize the importance of safety training in the construction industry.
