Editors to perform listening party in Pordenone

The British alternative rock band Editors will headline the first event of the OFF THE RECORD 2026 series, titled “A Certain Shade of Dark,” on November 5, 2026, at the Mercati Culturali Pordenone in Italy.

The event, organized by Associazione Culturale Sexto in collaboration with Associazione Casablu, serves as part of Pordenone’s cultural preparations for its designation as the Italian Capital of Culture 2027. The evening will feature a discussion about the band’s musical evolution, led by frontman Tom Smith, followed by a collective listening party for their eighth studio album, “Surface, Echo & Sound,” which was released on October 30, 2026.

The program begins with a DJ set by Second Sequence. Additionally, the event marks the opening of “UNFOLDING,” a photography exhibition by Japanese artist Tamaki Yoshida, which will remain on display until December 13, 2026.
