Eduardo Razuk and brother released from detention

A judge has revoked the preventive detention of influencer Eduardo Razuk and his brother, Rafael Razuk, who are under investigation regarding luxury car raffles. Judge May Melke Siravegna ruled that the brothers can respond to the legal proceedings in freedom, as their release does not pose a risk to the ongoing investigations.

As part of the judicial decision, several precautionary measures have been imposed. The brothers are prohibited from leaving Brazil and must surrender their passports within 48 hours. Additionally, they are required to appear personally in court on a monthly basis to justify their activities. Their social media accounts and financial assets remain blocked.

The investigation, which began with an operation by the Dercc in Campo Grande, resulted in the seizure of 22 luxury vehicles. While the defense maintains that the raffles were legal and compliant with tax regulations, the case is currently awaiting analysis by the Public Ministry to determine if formal charges will be filed.
