Educarchile launches free professional development courses for educators

Educarchile, a platform operated by the Chilean Ministry of Education and Fundación Chile, has launched the second season of its free professional development courses. The program is available to teachers, school administrators, educational assistants, professionals in the sector, and pedagogy students until December 31.

The training cycle includes over 20 online courses, each lasting 20 hours, organized into five thematic areas: Wellbeing and Coexistence, Evidence for Improvement, Inclusion, Integration of Digital Technologies, and Neuroscience.

Notable programs include a course on wellbeing and mental health in schools, which has recorded over 21,000 enrollments. Another course, developed in partnership with the Sumar Saberes alliance, focuses on using data and evidence to support pedagogical and strategic decision-making within the school system.
