Education Management Certification Program Launches in Bayburt, Turkey

The Turkish Ministry of National Education, through its Education Academy, has opened the Education Institutions Manager Training Certification Program in Bayburt. The course targets teachers who will assume their first school‑manager roles, offering instruction in leadership, communication, educational management, legislation and school administration.

Program officials including Education Academy Department Head Bekir Şirin and Provincial Education Director Ömer Faruk Kahraman attended the opening. Participants were urged to develop the vision, leadership and management skills needed to guide school culture and drive change.
