Educational and cultural programs launch for children in Portugal and Brazil

Various cultural and educational initiatives are being implemented for children in Portugal and Brazil. In Portugal, Christmas theater productions are being offered to schools and nurseries, including the play ‘O Grande Circo’ at the Centro Cultural de Carnide and the ‘Garfield Musical’ in Estoril.

In Santos, Brazil, the Biblioteca CEU das Artes has launched a weekly storytelling program in partnership with the ‘Vovô Sabe Tudo’ program to encourage reading through interactive sessions. Additionally, the Santos Traffic Engineering Company (CET-Santos) has updated its ‘Turminha do Trânsito’ puppet theater. The revamped program focuses on traffic safety, empathy, and inclusion by introducing diverse characters, including those representing elderly people, Black individuals, and people with autism.
