Educational and emergency training programs launched in Argentina

In Formosa, the Instituto Pedagógico Provincial ‘Justicia Social’ (IPPJS) and the Ministry of Culture and Education have launched the third cohort of a training program focused on capacity development in primary education. Approximately 150 participants attended the initial session, which covers subjects including language, mathematics, social sciences, natural sciences, physical education, arts, and Intercultural Bilingual Education. The program aims to strengthen teaching practices and support student learning trajectories, with plans to replicate the initiative across 19 zonal delegations in the province.

In Ushuaia, the Ministry of Citizen Wellbeing and Justice conducted a training session for private nursery school staff. The workshop focused on emergency prevention and response, specifically teaching updated Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) techniques and the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AED). Additionally, the training provided practical tools for the early detection and management of situations involving the violation of children's rights.
