Educational infrastructure projects advance in Siret and Craiova

Educational infrastructure projects are progressing in several Romanian cities. In Siret, construction of a new building for a high school and vocational school has reached approximately 50% completion. Mayor Adrian Popoiu stated that the project continues despite political attacks and complaints, noting that recent inspections by the State Inspectorate in Construction and the North-East Regional Development Agency did not result in any work stoppages.

In Craiova, the modernization of the Nicolae Romanescu Gymnasium in the Valea Roșie neighborhood has been completed. Funded through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, the project focused on energy efficiency. Improvements included thermal insulation, the installation of renewable energy systems, modernized climate and ventilation systems, and the implementation of an integrated energy management system to reduce operating costs.
