Educational training focuses on sexuality and rights for people with disabilities

An online training session titled ‘Sexuality in the Shadow of Institutions’ is scheduled for October 6. Led by health educator and activist Marta Marysia Skrobacka, the program focuses on subjectivity, intimacy, and privacy for individuals with disabilities, including those with intellectual disabilities and developmental disorders.

The training is designed for parents, caregivers, and staff in special schools and care facilities. It aims to address how to support health education, hygiene, and boundaries while respecting the agency and well-being of supported individuals. Participants will receive an electronic certificate and access to presentation materials.
