EFA Group plans Euronext listing and AI infrastructure investment
EFA Group, a defense and aerospace ecosystem, is planning to list on a stock exchange within the Euronext network over the next two years. Management is currently evaluating various markets, including whether to prioritize the Athens exchange.
To support its expansion, the group is investing 6 million euros in new infrastructure to bolster its technological footprint. This investment includes an 800-square-meter building in Neo Psychiko to house STHENOS AI, a subsidiary focused on developing advanced artificial intelligence solutions for defense and dual-use applications. The company aims to expand its AI workforce from approximately 30 employees to 80 by March 2027.
STHENOS AI is collaborating with SCYTALYS, another EFA Group company, to develop next-generation command and control systems. The group's strategic goal is to leverage Greek engineering expertise to enhance national technological self-sufficiency in defense equipment and maintenance while serving the international market.
