Egypt announces 400 industrial units for immediate delivery

The General Authority for Industrial Development in Egypt has announced the availability of 400 industrial units ready for immediate delivery. These units are distributed across 11 industrial complexes in 10 different governorates.

Available through the Egypt Industrial Digital Platform, the application process for these units remains open until October 29, 2026. The offering includes options for both ownership and leasing, with unit sizes ranging from 48 to 960 square meters. Targeted sectors include engineering, food, chemical, mineral, pharmaceutical, leather, textiles, and construction materials.

To support investors and small to medium enterprises, the government is providing a package of financial and procedural facilities. These include streamlined industrial licensing, access to bank financing, and support for purchasing machinery and production lines to accelerate the transition to operational status.
