Egypt Housing Minister monitors presidential residential projects

Egypt's Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, Randa El-Menshawy, is monitoring the executive status of residential projects under the presidential initiative ‘Sakan Likul Al-Misriyeen’ (Housing for All Egyptians).

In Hadayek El-Ashir of Ramadan, officials inspected multiple phases of the initiative, including the fifth, sixth, and seventh stages, which comprise thousands of residential units. Work is also being conducted on finishing, facades, roads, and landscaping.

In Hadayek October, authorities are overseeing the progress of 810 residential buildings, focusing on road preparation and site coordination. Meanwhile, in 15 May City, the ministry is tracking several projects, including housing for middle-income and low-income groups, totaling over 18,000 units across various zones. The ministry has also been directed to address citizen complaints regarding public lighting in the Al-Qaranfel area.
