Egypt's Housing Minister discusses real estate marketing with GTO Global Foundation

Egypt's Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, Randa El-Minshawi, met with Dr. Mohamed Zaza, President of the GTO Global Foundation, to discuss cooperation in marketing and promoting Egyptian real estate and developmental projects.

The meeting focused on utilizing the foundation's international marketing expertise to reach diverse investor segments, particularly in foreign markets. The discussions highlighted the importance of promoting urban, tourism, and developmental projects across the country to attract more investment and enhance the competitiveness of the Egyptian real estate sector regionally and internationally.

Specific emphasis was placed on the investment opportunities and competitive advantages of new cities, such as New Alamein and the New Administrative Capital. Both parties explored mechanisms for implementing modern marketing plans through international channels to showcase the urban and service capabilities of these developments.
