In parallel, the minister toured infrastructure works across several new‑city sites, including a 150 km Nile‑water conveyance project to a treatment plant, upgrades to sewage networks in Badr, the commissioning of an industrial‑sewage treatment plant in October New City, expansion of telecommunications towers, and the construction of new schools and health facilities. She emphasized continuous field monitoring to accelerate project completion and attract further investment.
