Dutch authorities have conducted several major operations targeting drug trafficking networks and laboratories. In a large-scale crackdown, police arrested eight suspects, including a 42-year-old man from Eindhoven and his 20-year-old son, suspected of involvement in an amphetamine laboratory and various thefts. The investigation, which utilized wiretapping, spanned multiple locations including Eindhoven, Veldhoven, Alphen, and Pelt in Belgium. Authorities seized firearms, blunt weapons, and small quantities of drugs during these raids.

In Rotterdam, a 32-year-old port worker was arrested on suspicion of assisting multiple criminal organizations by extracting large shipments of drugs, primarily cocaine, from containers within the port.

In Zwolle, prosecutors are seeking a prison sentence of five and a half years for a 25-year-old man accused of drug trafficking and causing an explosion at a residence. This case is linked to the ‘Milan Line’, a drug network involved in a series of violent incidents including car fires and shootings.

Additionally, five suspects were detained in Schipluiden, Moerkapelle, and Zoetermeer following reports of suspicious activity, resulting in the seizure of 1.5 kilograms of hard drugs and significant amounts of cash.
