Ekspo 2027 distributes 540,000 school supply sets in Serbia

The company Ekspo 2027 has distributed over 540,000 school supply sets to primary school students across Serbia to mark the beginning of the new school year. The kits feature the event's mascots, Milica and Rastko, and include items such as notebooks, a block number five with a cover, pencils, class schedules, and bookmarks containing facts about international exhibitions.

In addition to the stationery, the initiative includes the distribution of sports equipment. Primary schools will receive 3,828 sets of sports balls, while secondary schools will be provided with 4,207 sets. Each set contains nine balls: three for football, three for basketball, and three for volleyball.

Danilo Jerinić, director of Ekspo 2027, stated that the gesture aims to introduce students to the upcoming specialized exhibition in Belgrade. He noted that the Expo will serve as a platform for students to learn about different cultures and innovations from over 130 countries. Educational plans include organized school visits to the Expo site between May 17 and June 25, 2027.
