Netherlands government unveils 50-point housing acceleration plan
The Dutch government has unveiled an action plan consisting of 50 measures designed to accelerate housing construction and address the national housing shortage. This measure is intended to encourage those with higher incomes to move to the private sector, freeing up affordable units for those in greater need.
