Electric 7-seater MPVs target family and commercial use in Vietnam

Electric 7-seater MPVs are being positioned as versatile solutions for both family use and commercial services in Vietnam.

The VinFast VF MPV 7 features a 2,840 mm wheelbase designed to accommodate three rows of seating. It is equipped with a 150 kW electric motor producing approximately 201 horsepower and 280 Nm of torque. For passenger comfort, the vehicle includes air vents for all three rows and a PM2.5 fine dust filter to improve air quality in urban environments.

The BYD M6 focuses on interior flexibility, offering a second row that can slide up to 270 mm to adjust legroom. The third row includes adjustable backrests and headrests. Technological features include a 12.8-inch rotating central touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, alongside a 360-degree camera system for parking and maneuvering.
