Elite Rivo smart trainer enters promotional period

The Italian company Elite has launched a promotion for its Rivo smart trainer, available from October 30 to November 6. During this period, the device is priced at €399.99, down from its list price of €539. The offer is valid across Europe and the United Kingdom.

The Rivo model features Zwift Cog and Zwift Click technology, which enables virtual shifting. This system allows users to manage 24 virtual gears via a wireless command on the handlebar, eliminating the need to adjust the bicycle's physical derailleur or cassette. The pre-installed Zwift Cog is compatible with various drivetrains ranging from 8 to 13 speeds, though it can be replaced with a traditional cassette for use with other platforms.

Technical specifications for the Rivo include a power measurement precision of ±2.5%, a maximum power output of 2,100 watts at 40 km/h, and a simulated gradient of up to 18%. Additionally, Elite has extended the warranty on its smart trainers from two to four years, a benefit that applies to purchases made during this promotional window.
