Indoor cycling smart trainer market promotions
Overview
Various companies in the indoor cycling sector have introduced promotional offers for smart trainers.
In mid-October, ROUVY offered a bundle for 999 euros as part of the ROUVY Fest. This package included the Zwift Ride ROUVY Edition, which features the Zwift Ride indoor bike and a Wahoo Kickr Core 2 smart trainer. The setup supports virtual shifting and automatic resistance adjustment based on simulated inclines.
By late October, the Italian company Elite launched a promotion for its Rivo smart trainer. Available in Europe and the United Kingdom, the device was priced at 399.99 euros, reduced from its list price of 539 euros. The Rivo model utilizes Zwift Cog and Zwift Click technology for virtual shifting and includes an extended four-year warranty for purchases made during the promotional period.
