Greek ELTA Unveils 2026‑2030 Development Plan to Become Modern Logistics Provider
The Greek postal service ELTA presented its 2026‑2030 Development Plan, outlining a transformation into a modern provider of logistics, digital services and commercial activities. The plan is built around seven strategic pillars: revenue growth, full use of the nationwide delivery network, operational excellence, enhanced customer experience, new service and revenue streams, and better exploitation of real‑estate assets.
CEO Mihalis Mavropoulos and newly appointed President Konstantinos Massselos highlighted the aim to create a leading platform serving both citizens and businesses across Greece, leveraging ELTA’s extensive network and new digital capabilities. A quoted statement from Mavropoulos emphasised, “I deeply believe in ELTA’s capabilities and especially our people… we will pursue a modern, competitive and sustainable organisation.” The plan seeks to boost ELTA’s sustainability, competitiveness and its long‑standing social role while positioning it as a key logistics operator in the national economy.
