ElvalHalcor prices new shares at €4.20 as demand outstrips supply

ElvalHalcor announced a capital increase of roughly €250 million through a combined offering of up to 75 million new ordinary shares with a nominal value of €0.39 each. Strong investor demand during the book‑building period, which closed on 15 July, exceeded the number of shares available at the initial price range, prompting the company to set the final allocation price at €4.20 per share (the range was €4.20‑€4.40, with a maximum ceiling of €4.86). The proceeds are intended to fund an €850 million investment programme for 2026‑2030, aimed at boosting aluminium and copper production volumes and achieving adjusted EBITDA of about €400 million. The company said it will keep investors updated on further developments of the combined offer.
