Embraer has unveiled the first of two C-390 Millennium medium transport aircraft destined for the Uzbekistan Air Force. This marks the first delivery of this aircraft type to a customer in Central Asia.

The aircraft is configured for tactical troop and vehicle transport, humanitarian aid, disaster management, and medical evacuation. The contract, signed in late 2024, includes a comprehensive package of training, support, and spare parts.

Reports indicate the specific aircraft may be MSN 39000019, which was previously associated with the Brazilian Air Force. The plane has undergone a transition from Brazilian military camouflage to a grey scheme featuring 'UZ AIR FORCE' markings and the Uzbek national flag.
