Energética Carvel stations face partial closures in Chihuahua

Several service stations owned by Energética Carvel in Chihuahua are currently operating under different conditions following federal interventions. While some locations remain closed, others continue to function normally.

Stations located at Fuerza Aérea and Palestina, as well as Rosales and Pacheco, have been sealed by authorities. These fuel pumps are marked with notices stating “Asegurado, carpeta de investigación” (Seized, investigation file), and the National Guard (Guardia Nacional) continues to guard the operational offices. However, the convenience stores attached to these sealed stations remain open to the public.

In contrast, stations at Nogales and Industrias are operating normally, providing fuel and diesel to motorists without restrictions. The seizure is part of an operation conducted by the Attorney General's Office (Fiscalía General de la República) through the Specialized Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime (FEMDO), with the participation of the National Guard.
