EntersoftOne reaches €1 billion deal with Hg

EntersoftOne has reached an agreement with Hg, a major international software investor, for the acquisition of approximately 70% of the company. The deal values EntersoftOne at just over €1 billion.

This transaction follows the creation of the unified entity less than two years ago. Panos Germanos noted the difficulty of successful mergers, expressing satisfaction with the outcome achieved within such a short timeframe.

With Hg as a significant shareholder, EntersoftOne plans to leverage its Greek market leadership to expand across Southeast Europe. The company’s growth strategy includes organic expansion, further acquisitions, and transitioning its business software products—which serve over 90,000 customers in areas such as accounting, payroll, and CRM—to the cloud.
