Entre Ríos Governor promotes private investment and industrial expansion

Governor Rogelio Frigerio has conducted a series of visits to industrial facilities in Entre Ríos, Argentina, to highlight ongoing private sector growth and the impact of provincial financing tools.

In San Salvador, Frigerio visited Marcos Schmukler SA, a family-owned rice company with over 60 years of history. Supported by financing from the Federal Investment Council (CFI), the firm is acquiring new machinery to double its production capacity. The visit included CFI Secretary General Ignacio Lamothe and company head Roxana Schmukler.

In General Racedo, the Governor visited the Calisa 2 plant, part of the Motta Group. During this visit, he delivered the official adherence to the Regime of Incentives for New Investments (RINI). The project involves a $45 million investment aimed at expanding production capacity and strengthening international market presence. Frigerio emphasized that Entre Ríos remains Argentina’s leading poultry province and noted that the state's role is to facilitate growth through alliances and accessible financing.
