Entre Ríos province opens photography salon and Paraná art fair calls for participants

The Secretariat of Culture of Entre Ríos, through the Provincial Museum of the Image, announced the 5th Annual Photography Salon. The competition, themed “Ecos de Nuestra Historia Entrerriana”, accepts monochrome and colour works from photographers who have lived in the province continuously for at least three years. Online registration runs from 22 June to 31 July 2026. Prizes for each category range from AR$900,000 for first place down to AR$600,000 for third. The jury will convene in August, with award ceremonies slated for late September and October.

The Municipality of Paraná has opened a call for its Feria de Arte Paraná, to be held 11‑13 September 2026 in Sala Mayo. Galleries, cultural spaces and collective projects may apply online until 14 August. The fair aims to boost the local visual‑arts market and strengthen links among artists, curators and collectors in the Gran Paraná area. Applicants must provide institutional profiles, artwork images and exhibition proposals, with the event scheduled for September.

Both initiatives seek to promote artistic production and cultural heritage within the province of Entre Ríos.
