EPEC announces scheduled power outages in Córdoba

The Empresa Provincial de Energía de Córdoba (EPEC) has announced a series of scheduled power outages for Saturday, October 17, 2026, due to maintenance and network improvements.

In the city of Córdoba, interruptions will affect various neighborhoods at different times. Scheduled tasks include tree pruning on medium-voltage overhead lines and underground network maintenance. Affected areas include neighborhoods such as Colón, Sarmiento, Rivadavia, Carmencita, San Lorenzo, and Villa Gran Parque, as well as parts of the city center.

Other regions in the province will also experience outages. La Cumbre and Los Cocos will face total power loss from 06:00 to 07:30 due to transformer station maintenance. Río Segundo and Pilar will see interruptions for overhead line maintenance, while Villa María will undergo technological updates in transformer substations between 12:30 and 16:30. Additionally, maintenance is planned for the rural area of Capilla de los Remedios and the towns of Colazo, James Craik, and Las Junturas.
