EPEC scheduled power outages in Córdoba

The Empresa Provincial de Energía de Córdoba (EPEC) has issued multiple announcements regarding scheduled power outages across the Córdoba province to facilitate infrastructure maintenance.

In mid-October 2026, EPEC announced interruptions for various neighborhoods in Córdoba city, including Colón, Sarmiento, and Rivadavia, as well as regional areas such as La Cumbre, Los Cocos, Río Segundo, and Villa María. These outages were attributed to tree pruning on overhead lines, underground network maintenance, and technological updates in transformer substations.

By late October 2026, EPEC announced eleven additional scheduled outages for various locations. These included parts of Córdoba city like Barrio Los Olmos Sur, as well as Saldán, Villa Allende, San Francisco, Ucacha, and Camilo Aldao. The maintenance activities remained focused on preventive measures, primary distribution network upkeep, and transformer station updates.

On October 22, 2026, EPEC announced further service interruptions scheduled for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. These planned outages affect several localities, including Córdoba city, Alta Gracia, La Calera, Saldán, Villa Allende, and San Francisco. The company stated these interruptions are intended for preventive maintenance, network improvements, and technological updates to transformer stations.

Later on October 22, 2026, EPEC confirmed scheduled outages for the weekend affecting Córdoba capital, La Calera, Villa Carlos Paz, and San Roque. These works involve maintenance on primary and secondary distribution networks and tasks related to transformer stations.

On October 25, 2026, EPEC scheduled further outages for Sunday, affecting sectors of Córdoba Capital near Avenida General Paz and Avenida General Savio. In the province's interior, localities including Dalmacio Vélez Sarsfield, Las Perdices, Ticino, Pilar, and Río Segundo were slated for temporary supply interruptions due to maintenance on medium-voltage lines and transformer stations.
