Erciyes Ski Center mountain coaster project enters rail installation phase

The Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality is advancing a mountain coaster project at the Erciyes Ski Center to transform the area into a year-round tourism destination. Construction is currently underway, with rails being installed in stages along the approximately 1,100-meter track.

Developed by Outdoor Factory, the facility will feature a specialized sled system that allows visitors to reach the starting point independently of the existing cable car network. The project aims to create one of Turkey’s longest mountain coaster tracks and will include a night coaster concept to offer activities after sunset. This investment is intended to diversify regional tourism beyond the winter season.
