Erdogan says Israel is trying to sabotage US‑Iran agreement

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Turkey is closely monitoring Israel's attempts to undermine the negotiations between the United States and Iran. He made the remarks in Istanbul after a meeting with Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, noting that the US‑Iran accord was facilitated by Pakistan’s efforts.

Erdogan accused Israeli officials of provocative actions aimed at destabilising the deal, highlighting the activity of “Zionist militants” in Lebanon and Syria. He condemned Israel’s attacks on Gaza, calling for an end to the violence and urging a solution that involves the will of regional countries. He pledged that Turkey will continue working in solidarity with brotherly nations, especially Pakistan, to promote peace, stability and prosperity in the region.
