Eric Mišić disputes police claims after viral Karlovac video

Eric Mišić, a 27-year-old from Karlovac, has released a follow-up video addressing misdemeanor charges filed against him following an incident at the Karlovac Police Administration. The dispute began after Mišić posted a viral video documenting dozens of citizens, including children and the elderly, waiting outside the police station in temperatures exceeding 40°C.

Mišić disputes the police version of events, specifically regarding the building's climate control. While authorities claimed the cooling system was malfunctioning, Mišić asserts that the interior was significantly cooler than the outside temperature. He has called for the police to release surveillance footage to clarify the situation and verify his account.

Although Mišić is facing charges for allegedly disturbing public order and peace, he noted that the specific officers who arrived during the intervention were professional and respectful. He clarified that his criticism is directed at the handling of the situation rather than the individual officers involved.
