Escenarios IMSS-Cultura brings contemporary dance to Córdoba

The Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) and the Secretariat of Culture, through the National Institute of Fine Arts and Literature (INBAL), are continuing the ‘Escenarios IMSS-Cultura’ program in Veracruz.

As part of this initiative, the contemporary dance piece ‘Y entonces???’ will be performed at the Teatro del IMSS Córdoba on October 9, 10, and 11 at 18:00. Directed and performed by Diana Lizbeth Gómez Córdova and María de los Ángeles Fernández Sosa, the work follows two characters traveling on a ship who begin to question the nature of happiness. The program aims to strengthen regional theater circuits and provide adolescents with access to contemporary dance as part of their cultural rights.
