Argentina and Chile launch new artificial intelligence training initiatives

Various regional initiatives in Argentina and Chile are focusing on expanding digital literacy and artificial intelligence training.

In Entre Ríos, Governor Rogelio Frigerio attended the Campus Party event, where the new free training platform ‘EntrerrianIA’ was presented. The platform aims to provide residents with AI skills to enhance professional and educational activities.

In Chile, Accenture and Skillnest, supported by the Chilean AI Chamber, have launched a program offering 100 free scholarships for advanced specialization in Generative AI. The 190-hour online course is designed for professionals with technical or university degrees to bridge the digital skills gap.

Other educational developments include the Buenos Aires Productive School expanding its training through university partnerships to help SMEs with digital transformation and energy transition, and the La Pampa government organizing AI training for public administration agents.
