Espírito Santo welcomes major Havan megastore and VAMOS truck‑seminew facility

Retail giant Havan is constructing its largest store in Brazil on a 28‑hectare site in Vila Velha, Espírito Santo, with an investment of about R$120 million and an estimated 200 direct jobs. The project, visited by State Governor Ricardo Ferraço and Havan founder Luciano Hang, is slated to open in October and will feature 20,000 m² of built space, parking and commercial areas.

Logistics company VAMOS opened its first semi‑new truck dealership in Serra, Espírito Santo. The 8,000 m² facility can host up to 150 vehicles and officially opened on 23 July, aiming to serve small and medium‑size firms with a wide range of used trucks and flexible financing options. The location on the BR‑101 corridor reinforces the region’s role as a logistics hub for the Southeast.

Both openings illustrate a broader push by major national firms to expand retail and transport services in Espírito Santo, leveraging the state’s strategic position and supportive public policies.
