Estonian FM reports 260+ Russian drones used in overnight attacks on Ukraine
Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna reported that Russia deployed over 260 attack drones in a single night targeting various regions across Ukraine, including Kyiv, Odesa, and Dnipro. The strikes hit critical infrastructure, warehouses, residential buildings, and elderly care homes.
According to Tsahkna, the village of Myla suffered some of the most severe damage. The attacks resulted in at least 27 deaths. He characterized the repeated strikes on infrastructure as a ‘calculated attempt to leave Ukrainians in the cold, hunger, and darkness before winter.’
Tsahkna called for increased international pressure on Moscow, advocating for stricter sanctions, deeper international isolation, and ‘zero concessions.’ He emphasized that international support for Ukraine must remain ‘as solid as iron’ and continue uninterrupted across all forms of assistance.
