eTax Mobile updates with new vehicle fee and chatbot features

The eTax Mobile application, an electronic tax tool released by the General Department of Taxation, has released new updates to improve user experience and functionality for taxpayers.

Version 3.8.4 has been launched, following the 3.8.3 update which focused on registration fee services for cars and motorcycles. The new features include the ability to look up automatically generated registration fee notices from tax authorities and the function to declare registration fees for new vehicles.

Additionally, the application has integrated a chatbot feature to assist business households with tax declarations. This virtual assistant is designed to guide users through electronic tax filing. Currently, the chatbot supports the 01/CNKD form for business households with annual revenues exceeding 1 billion VND.
