Etihad Airways launches wellbeing programme and expands fleet

Etihad Airways has launched ‘Etihad Wellbeing’, a new programme designed to enhance passenger comfort and health during travel. The initiative integrates various service improvements, including dedicated quiet spaces and pre-departure spa treatments at the airline’s lounges in Zayed International Airport.

In-flight enhancements include luxury amenities, natural bedding, memory foam mattresses, and nutritious, protein-rich dining options. The airline also offers hydrating vitamin and electrolyte beverages to support a restorative travel experience.

Simultaneously, the UAE-based carrier is expanding its operations, with plans to double its fleet by 2030. As part of this growth, Etihad is actively recruiting for roles such as A320 First Officers, offering competitive tax-free packages and relocation support for those based in Abu Dhabi.
