Europe releases new single ‘Scandinavian Eyes’ ahead of upcoming album

Europe band Scandinavian Eyes Come This Madness rock music The Final Countdown Tour

The rock band Europe has released a new single and performance video titled ‘Scandinavian Eyes’. The track serves as a preview for their upcoming 11-track studio album, ‘Come This Madness’, which is scheduled for release on September 25 via Silver Lining Music.

Recorded at RMV Studio in Stockholm, the album was produced by Tom Dalgety. It features guest backing vocals from Tobias Forge of Ghost and Mikael Åkerfeldt of Opeth. Frontman Joey Tempest described the new track as one of his favorite recent songs, noting its combination of driving riffs and orchestral elements.

Following the album release, the band will embark on ‘The Final Countdown 40th Anniversary Tour’. The tour begins on September 30 in Glasgow and will travel across Europe through the fall, with subsequent dates in Japan scheduled for January 2027.
