European Companies FLSmidth and DNB Bank Report Share Buy-Back Transactions

FLSmidth & Co. A/S announced that its share buy-back programme, authorised for up to DKK 1.0 billion, repurchased a total of 581,173 shares between 13 and 17 July 2026. The transactions were carried out at average prices ranging from DKK 465 to DKK 475 per share, amounting to a cumulative transaction value of approximately DKK 286 million. After these purchases, FLSmidth holds 4,012,144 treasury shares, representing about 6.96 % of its issued capital.

DNB Bank ASA disclosed that it has launched a share buy‑back programme covering up to 1.0 % of its share capital, equivalent to 14,406,648 shares. Up to 9,508,388 shares will be bought on exchange venues by 16 October 2026, with the remainder to be cancelled or redeemed at its next Annual General Meeting. During week 29 of 2026 the bank purchased 714,370 shares at an average price of NOK 295,487, for a total outlay of roughly NOK 211 million, representing 0.05 % of the company’s shares.
