European Union considers sanctions against Israel over settlements and rhetoric

In a podcast, Ben-Gvir advocated for targeted killings in Gaza, stating that certain individuals are ‘not worthy of life.’ German political figures from both the Christian Democratic Union and the Social Democrats have condemned these remarks, with some calling for sanctions against Ben-Gvir specifically.

In addition to EU considerations, British Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband has intensified pressure on Israel, demanding the withdrawal of the E1 settlement tender, describing the move as an ‘unacceptable and destructive act.’
