The Montenegrin Ministry of Public Works selected Eurozox as the contractor for the construction of the Velje Brdo boulevard, a 5.3‑kilometre infrastructure project valued at €33 million. The same ministry chose the IGP Fidija consortium to prepare the main project for Block A1 and carry out the first phase of works on the residential complex, a contract worth €40.1 million. The overall tender package is estimated at €73.1 million.

Block A1 will comprise roughly 557 apartments; the first phase includes six buildings with about 185 apartments, two underground garages providing 384 parking spaces, and associated roads and utilities. The contract obliges the selected firms to complete the boulevard within 540 days, with a minimum of ten authorized engineers required for the works. More than 30 companies participated in the two procurement procedures, and the deadline for filing an appeal is ten days from the decision’s publication.
