Eusko Label rowing league moves into second third of competition

The Eusko Label rowing league entered the second third of its season on Saturday, with the seventh and eighth races taking place in the bays of Donostia (San Sebastián) and Getxo. The men's programme started at 18:16 in the Concha Bay for the XVIII edition of the Fabrika flag.

Participating crews include Ares, Chapela, Santurtzi, Isuntza, San Juan, Ondarroa, Donostiarra and Hondarribia in the first series, while the honour series features Getaria, Zierbena, Bermeo‑Urdaibai and Orio. Orio heads the overall standings with a ten‑point lead after recent victories in Galicia; Donostiarra, the current champion, will race outside the honour series this weekend.

The league is organized by the Association of Traineras Clubs (ACT) and represents the top tier of fixed‑seat rowing in the Cantabrian region, with points influencing promotion, relegation and qualification for the September finals.
