Everton Targets Jack Grealish Return Amid Integration of New Signing Hayden Hackney
Everton are prepared to wait until the end of the summer transfer window before finalising a move for Jack Grealish. The club want a better deal and aim to maximise his value as he enters the final year of his roughly £12 million contract and recovers from a serious injury.
The Toffees have already completed the signing of midfielder Hayden Hackney from Middlesbrough, alongside newcomers Merlin Rohl and Tyrique George. Hackney is still building match fitness, and defender Jarrad Branthwaite is returning from a hamstring injury while James Garner remains doubtful with a groin problem.
Everton hope the added depth will improve on a 13th‑place finish last season and push the team toward a top‑eight league position and European competition.
